Our project had unique challenges (especially with each region having a different process), but your team persevered with providing either an exact development needed, or coming up with solid solutions for processes that were not technically possible. After an extensive search, we selected Creatio as our CRM back in March of this year. We then needed to find a partner to handle the implementation. Creatio recommended we speak with Qnovate, and after a couple of calls we decided they were the partner we wanted to work with. The implementation experience was excellent as the team was knowledgeable, flexible, and responsive. Additionally, the team figured out how to integrate Creatio with a 3rd party system that they had not worked with previously. We definitely threw them some curveballs, but they were always able to come up with a solution. We have already started making some enhancements to our environment and are using Qnovate to assist.
